Job Opportunity: Supervisor - Payroll Operations (APAC)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office - 5 days/week)
Timings: 7 AM IST to 4 PM IST
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor - Payroll Operations to lead and manage payroll activities for Singapore and Philippines within our APAC operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise payroll teams for Singapore & Philippines.
- Manage end-to-end payroll lifecycle: validations, inputs, reconciliations, statutory compliance, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for payroll issues and customer concerns.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve queries.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members for technical depth and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field.
- 8+ years of payroll experience, with 4+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore & Philippines payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shared services or multi-country payroll operations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll platforms (ADP, Workday, SAP, Paymaster).
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Working Conditions:
Standard business hours aligned to SG & PH operations (7 AM IST to 4 PM IST).
Work from Office - 5 days a week.
