Supervisor - Fund & Property Accounting

Role Overview:

As a Supervisor for Fund and Property Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our real estate investment portfolios. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting lifecycle, including property-level financial reporting, fund distributions, and asset management reconciliations. Working closely with internal investment teams, property managers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure that all financial data is accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and delivered within strict deadlines. Your work directly impacts the transparency of our investment performance, providing leadership with the critical insights needed to drive strategic decision-making and maximize asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for property portfolios to ensure timely and accurate reporting for stakeholders.

- Execute complex reconciliations across bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and investment funds to maintain high data integrity and audit readiness.

- Oversee property-level accounting activities, including CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, and lease administration, to support effective real estate operations.

- Prepare detailed financial statements and performance reports for fund managers, facilitating informed investment decisions and portfolio analysis.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline reporting workflows, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

- Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Fund Accounting and Property Management systems, with a proven ability to manage complex financial datasets.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities in Financial Reporting and Asset Management, translating raw financial data into actionable business intelligence.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including property managers and senior investment professionals.

- Maintain a high level of proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel, ensuring accuracy in high-volume transaction environments.

- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, reflecting a solid foundation in core financial principles.

- Adapt seamlessly to a professional office environment in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region, demonstrating the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced real estate sector.
