About the Role: As a Discovery Product Manager, you'll play a key role in building and enhancing our ecosystem of products, including search, recommendations, personalization features, and exploring the applications of generative AI to help pet parents discover the best products across all categories. You will collaborate closely with founders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive product development from conception to launch, continuously improving the user experience Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a product roadmap for discovery features, aligning with Supertails' overall strategy. - Define product requirements, ensuring new features meet user needs and business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features - Manage product launches, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and train support teams. - Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
