
Who are we looking for
You are a first principles product thinker who understands service-led user journeys and is excited to improve healthcare outcomes through technology. You've likely worked in B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments with service components (like diagnostics, teleconsults, at-home care, home services etc..) and have a strong pulse on customer behavior, CX, and operational excellence.
You will be a great fit if you are:
- A pet parent
- Passionate about building intuitive, high-impact user-facing services
- Have experience working on digital service flows (booking, scheduling, availability management, live sessions, CRM integration)
- Can analyze user behavior, postulate theories, run experiments, and iterate rapidly
- Thrive in environments with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration
- Have a deep appreciation for CX, operations, and retention metrics
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in scaling 0- 1 and 1- 10 products
- You have 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably within service-led e-commerce or healthcare tech.
