Detailed job description: 1. Provide daily/weekly/monthly financial and management information reports, including budget vs actual, unit economics etc. 2. Responsible for accounting and financial systems, statutory compliance, and timely, adequate controls and accurate bookkeeping. 3. Manage fund raise documentation, due-diligence, and related financial coordination. 4. Preparation of financial statements as per the applicable financial reporting framework and liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax professionals. 5. Manage treasury functions, accounts payable. 6. Take ownership and implement automation tools, ERPs and processes. 7. Handle team of 3-4 and ensure release of MIS on timely basis Skill and Competencies: 1. Experience of working in E-commerce, Manufacturing, FMCG or consumer goods businesses is preferred. 2. Drive performance management and development of a team of 4-5 team members, by ensuring proper resource planning, coaching, development, and performance management 3. Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity. 4. Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence effectively to highly technical management teams, combined with impeccable business acumen. 5. Prior experience in working with large data sets and statistically interpreting it from a business point of view.
