About the Role :

- The Financial Manager will serve as a key pillar in the company's finance function, overseeing the entire controllership framework to ensure fiscal discipline and accurate reporting. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies. By managing the day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and internal controls, the Financial Manager directly influences the company's bottom line and ensures the integrity of financial systems as the business scales.

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage key areas of finance including controllership, business finance, audit, taxation, and due diligence.

- The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in managing finance operations, and preferably come from an e-commerce, D2C, or high-growth consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial controllership, including month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting operations.

- Drive business finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance.
