
Role Overview:
As a Center Manager in Bangalore, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational excellence of our pet clinics. You will act as the bridge between clinical staff, support teams, and our pet-parent community, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to superior care. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing facility management, optimizing service workflows, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and medical compliance. By fostering a high-performance culture within your team, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, clinic profitability, and the overall growth of our physical footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery, high operational efficiency, and strict adherence to medical protocols.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians, groomers, and support staff to maintain high service standards and employee engagement.
- Manage clinic P&L by monitoring revenue streams, controlling operational costs, and implementing strategies to improve center profitability.
- Drive customer experience initiatives by resolving escalations, gathering feedback, and ensuring a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
- Coordinate with central procurement and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels for medicines, pet food, and grooming supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and internal quality benchmarks across all clinic functions.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Administration or multi-unit retail operations, with a proven track record of managing complex service environments.
- Strong proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Exceptional operational problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring a premium customer experience.

- A minimum of 5 - 18 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the healthcare, hospitality, or premium retail sectors.
