The Supermoney platform offers a simple digital journey for registration within minutes and the Fleet owner gets to the total premium as well as the periodic payments spread over next few months Key Responsibilities: - Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems using Product Management - Create lending, insurance & SAAS (Collection as a Service, Expense Management System etc.) products from scratch - web, mobile and web-apps across platforms - Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user interview to come up with new ideations for upcoming features/ products. Create PRD based on that and conduct a PRD grooming session with relevant teams - Work with engineers and designers and other stakeholders and drive them with your zeal, passion, enthusiasm, and motivation - Solve last mile for millions of users across India - Engage with customers & internal stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Credit & Risk, Operations, Finance, Collections) to ship a pixel perfect product experience - Identify and own meaningful metrics for success of business and making them Go Big with your own efforts while balancing the user experience and customer satisfaction - Constantly work on identifying the new innovations on fintech, lending, insurance and payment spaces and implement features accordingly - Take the responsibility of integrating with different third party vendors for simplifying user experience at different stages of user journey - Own the responsibility of API integration with leading brands for Invoice Financing and Invoice Discounting products - Monitor product success rates and report to respective teams for any issues Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in Product Management - Product Management experience in a well-known consumer internet company with a million+ user base or a start-up or an Ex-Entrepreneur - Have a successful track record of conceptualizing, managing, and scaling up consumer products from scratch; building user friendly products; demonstrating design thinking and managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment - Working experience on building FinTech products would be preferred - Having experience in software development would be strongly preferred - Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role - B.
