Our Quick Commerce (QCOM) business is focused on delivering reliable, fast, and affordable grocery experiences to customers in Tier 3/4/5 towns.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our QCOM business.

- This role will own the movement of inventory across dark stores, hubs, and stores - ensuring high fill rates, low wastage, strong availability, and operational efficiency.

- The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing operations in a quick commerce environment and be comfortable handling the pace and complexity of high-frequency fulfillment businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day supply chain operations for the QCOM business across procurement, replenishment, and inventory movement.

- Drive high fill rates and product availability while minimizing wastage and stock-outs.

- Manage replenishment planning across dark stores and stores based on demand patterns and sales velocity.

- Work closely with category, sourcing, and store operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

Improve operational metrics such as:

- Fill rate

- Inventory turns

- Shrinkage

- Order fulfillment efficiency

- Freshness and wastage control

- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and drive process improvements.

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of inventory.

- Build scalable SOPs and operational processes for a growing QCOM network.

- Track daily operational performance and drive quick issue resolution.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Fulfillment roles.

- Prior experience in Quick Commerce operations is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of dark store operations, replenishment planning, and high-frequency fulfillment environments.

- Experience managing operational metrics such as fill rates, inventory turns, and wastage.

- Highly execution-driven with strong problem-solving ability.

- Comfortable working with data and operational metrics.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with category, store ops, and product teams.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity.
