Role Overview:

As the HR Lead based in Bangalore, you will serve as the strategic architect for our human capital, balancing high-level organizational design with hands-on operational execution. You will partner directly with the leadership team to align talent strategies with our aggressive growth targets, ensuring that our culture scales effectively as we expand our footprint. This role involves navigating the complexities of a fast-paced retail-tech environment, where you will drive initiatives that enhance employee productivity, retention, and leadership maturity across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive HR Business Partner strategies to support business objectives and improve overall organizational performance.

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract high-caliber professionals who align with the companys mission and operational requirements.

- Oversee talent management and leadership development programs to build a robust internal pipeline and ensure long-term succession planning.

- Foster a high-performance culture through structured employee engagement and relations initiatives that boost morale and operational alignment.

- Drive organizational development projects to streamline internal processes and improve cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage learning and development frameworks to upskill the workforce and maintain a competitive edge in the retail-tech sector.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including HR Generalist operations, recruitment, and organizational design.
