Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage enterprise-scale software projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile methodologies, project/program management, stakeholder communication, and software delivery management.
The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while managing scope, cost, schedule, and risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices across engineering teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning
- Track project progress using tools like JIRA and prepare status reports for leadership
- Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-related initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and Agile best practices
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and proactively mitigate project risks
- Support continuous process improvements through Agile metrics such as burndown charts, defect tracking, and velocity analysis
- Manage distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Foster a collaborative and servant leadership culture within teams
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Expertise in managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and software infrastructure projects
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to coordinate and manage distributed teams effectively
- Experience with Agile process improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like Aha!
- Strong servant leadership mindset
- Experience working in fast-paced product or technology organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
