
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process of Technical & Non-Technical hiring parse Real Estate sector.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Managed HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent, and succession.
- Responsible for the managing full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees till exit for business.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- On boarding process for all levels of new hires.
- Actively involve in HR Audit process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
