As a Product Owner, you will be at the center of product execution, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring that our product delivers maximum value to clients. You'll work closely with product managers, engineering, and client-facing teams to drive the development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, user stories, and tasks to maximize value delivered.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, partners) to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements, managing expectations, and resolving blockers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure team alignment.
- Continuously monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform backlog priorities.
- Support product managers in defining the roadmap and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and product release notes as needed.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Agile product delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar backlog management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a user-focused mindset.
- Experience in Telecom BSS is mandatory.
