Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions. The role will involve working closely on HR Business Partnering activities, managing payroll processes, and ensuring statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, supporting talent management, employee engagement, and grievance handling. - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries. - Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. - Support performance management cycles, employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to exit), and HR policy implementation. - Assist in HR audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance checks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
