- The Manager - Sales & Business Development is responsible for generating inquiries and revenue from the sale of technical consultancy and quality assurance services.

- This will be accomplished by targeting new and existing large and medium-sized customers primarily through customer visits and direct communication.

- The role will be focused on a specific region, area, portfolio, or cluster of customers as defined in the sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct primary research to identify potential customers and generate leads within target industry segments through cold outreach and client meetings.

- Meet or exceed defined revenue targets.

- Manage client relationships, including developing new accounts and managing key existing accounts.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents, and handle bid submissions.

- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

- Engage in frequent business travel as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Personal Attributes:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical or B2B service environment
