Role Overview:

The National Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales operations across India, driving revenue growth and market share for SUNDYOTA NUMANDIS PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED. Based in Ahmedabad, this role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a large sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The National Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales performance and profitability, ultimately impacting the company's overall success and market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.

- Manage and mentor a large sales team, including Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives, to maximize their performance and potential.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market reach and customer base.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in sales activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Oversee sales planning and operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

- Manage the P&L for the sales function, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a large sales team.

- Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Proven experience in sales planning, sales operations, and P&L management.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 12-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
