Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at SUNDYOTA NUMANDIS PHARMACEUTICALS, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share for our key product portfolios. You will collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and market research teams to identify market opportunities, define target audiences, and create compelling marketing campaigns. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth and brand recognition by ensuring effective product positioning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned product portfolios, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to maturity, ensuring optimal product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, training, and resources to drive sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing investments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Identify and evaluate new product development opportunities based on market research and customer insights.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and product marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including regulatory requirements and competitive landscape.
- Experience in product development and product lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12-18 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Adaptability to work in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad.
