Role Description

1. Export Strategy Development:

- Assist in the development and implementation of export sales strategies tailored to international markets.

- Collaborate with senior managers and marketing teams to align strategies with regional preferences.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct detailed research to identify market trends and opportunities for neem and coconut-based products.

- Monitor competitor activities and global market dynamics to refine sales approaches.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.

- Address client inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

4. Export Operations and Compliance:

- Manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping details, and customs forms.

- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws and regulations.

5. Travel and Representation:

- Represent the company in overseas markets and participate in trade fairs, client meetings, and business negotiations.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Track and analyze export performance against established targets.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Performance Metrics and Targets:

- Focus on expanding the reach of neem and coconut-based products in existing and new markets.

Key Deliverables:

- Successfully enter 1-2 new international markets annually.

- Achieve a year-over-year growth rate of 15-20% in export sales.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality.
