Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller for our international operations, you will serve as the primary financial steward for our overseas entities, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic oversight. You will work closely with the global leadership team, regional business heads, and external auditors to manage complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury functions across multiple jurisdictions. Your role is critical in driving the financial health of our international business, providing actionable insights that enable the company to scale efficiently while mitigating cross-border financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations for international subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

- Manage complex cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and regulatory filings to optimize the company's tax position and ensure full legal adherence.

- Direct treasury functions, including cash flow management, foreign exchange hedging, and capital allocation, to support the liquidity requirements of global operations.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.

- Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data across all international offices.

- Partner with regional stakeholders to evaluate the financial feasibility of new market entries and supply chain expansions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for multinational entities, with a deep understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.

- Proven ability to navigate complex international tax environments, including transfer pricing regulations and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

- Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-financial stakeholders and board members.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in managing foreign exchange volatility and cross-border cash management.

- Professional qualification such as CA andMBA in Finance from a premier institution, reflecting a strong academic foundation.

- High degree of adaptability to work in a dynamic, international environment, with the cultural intelligence required to lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams.

- 13 - 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, specifically within the manufacturing, commodity trading, or supply chain sectors.
