Sales Relationship Manager


Location: Hyderabad, India.

Project: Sumadhura Palais Royale - Ultra Luxury Residences.

Department: Sales Relationship Management.

Reports To: General Manager Sales.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Relationship Manager with 35 years of experience in luxury real estate or allied industries (high-end automobiles, luxury hospitality, wealth management).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNIs/NRIs/UHNIs), driving sales conversions, and ensuring premium customer experience throughout the buying journey.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, offering personalized consultations.

- Conduct exclusive site visits and showcase the projects luxury features effectively.


Sales & Closures:

- Achieve assigned sales targets for Sumadhura Palais Royale.

- Handle negotiations with professionalism and ensure seamless deal closures.


Market & Networking:

- Build and maintain strong networks with channel partners, wealth advisors, and premium brokers.

- Stay updated on competitor projects and Hyderabads luxury property market trends.


Customer Experience:

- Deliver high-touch client servicing aligned with luxury brand standards.

- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation and handover.


Required Skills & Competencies:

- 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related luxury segments.

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to engage confidently with HNIs, NRIs, and corporate leaders.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about luxury sales.

- Professional demeanor with high levels of integrity and discretion.


Qualifications:

- Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in luxury real estate or equivalent.
