A leading real estate developer in Bangalore and Hyderabad, is seeking an Associate Director - Commercial Sales & Leasing to drive sales operations, manage key accounts, and lead high-performing sales teams.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and business acumen to execute leasing and sales strategies for commercial properties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies for commercial properties to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and engage with potential clients, tenants, and investors to drive business growth.

- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring optimal performance and target achievement.

- Negotiate leasing agreements and commercial property sales, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.

- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to enhance brand reputation.

- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory policies impacting the commercial real estate sector.

- Manage sales operations, reporting, and forecasting to drive data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in sales, leasing, and account management within the real estate industry.

- Strong team leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans independently.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
