WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR The role will be responsible to create detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities and solutions for our business. The role will include, but not limited to the following: - Analyze, validate and prepare reports related to alcobev business-trend analysis, market share, ratio analysis, sales analysis, sales projections, stock and sales optimization - Prepare a comprehensive Annual Business Plan by working closely with Heads of Department for their respective requirements and maintain a track of the same on a quarterly basis - Prepare Investor's MIS and resolve queries if any - Ensure successful completion of ongoing projects. E.g. Implementation of a new system, New product related costings etc MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS - MBA with 2 years of relevant experience as Analyst - Prior work experience in a consulting or business analytics will be an added advantage - Pro in advanced MS- Excel & PPT skills - The candidate should have the ability to communicate, present and influence senior decision makers of the organization DESIRABLE TRAITS - Confidentiality and Integrity - Strong interpersonal skills - Proven analytical background - Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment CTC Budget for this role is 13-14L
