Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Lead change management and organizational development programs in alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR programs across performance management, learning & development, rewards, and DEI.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive decisions on headcount, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.
- Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Manage complex employee issues and support grievance resolution in partnership with legal/compliance teams.
- Champion culture, values, and behaviours in alignment with the company's mission
