Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Store Head to manage end-to-end store operations for a steel manufacturing setup. The role requires strong control over inventory, raw materials, spares, and compliance, along with close coordination with production and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall store operations including inventory planning and control.

- Manage raw materials, spares, consumables, and finished goods.

- Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock aging and losses.

- Coordinate closely with production, maintenance, and purchase departments.

- Handle audit compliance, stock reconciliation, and documentation.

- Implement systems and SOPs for store efficiency and control.

- Maintain accurate MIS and inventory reports.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience as Store Head / Stores Manager in the steel industry.

- Strong exposure to high-volume industrial inventory management.

- Experience handling audits, reconciliations, and compliance.

- ERP/SAP exposure preferred.
