Job Description Manager / Senior Manager (Finance & Compliance):

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction

Reporting To: CFO / Head Finance

Role Summary:

Responsible for group financial consolidation, IND AS compliant financial reporting, listed company compliances, internal audit coordination and financial oversight of real estate project SPVs, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

- Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements of group companies, LLPs and project SPVs.

- Inter-company reconciliation and consolidation adjustments.

- Preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IND AS and Schedule III.

Listed Company Compliance:

- Preparation and review of quarterly / annual financial results for stock exchange filings.

- Ensuring compliance with SEBI (LODR) regulations and Companies Act requirements.

- Preparation of financial packs for Board and Audit Committee meetings.

Real Estate Accounting:

- Review of project revenue recognition under IND AS 115 (POCM).

- Monitoring project costs, WIP, land cost allocation and project profitability.

- Financial oversight and reporting for multiple project entities/SPVs.

Internal Audit & Controls:

- Coordination and monitoring of internal audit for projects and group entities.

- Review and closure of internal audit observations.

- Strengthening financial controls and compliance processes.

Audit & Stakeholder Management:

- Liaison with statutory auditors, internal auditors and secretarial team.

- Timely closure of audit and regulatory queries.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Timely and accurate consolidation of group financials.

- Compliance with IND AS, SEBI LODR and Companies Act reporting requirements.

- Timely submission of quarterly and annual financial results.

- Effective internal audit closure and improvement in financial controls.

- Accurate project financial monitoring and reporting for real estate SPVs.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IND AS and financial consolidation

- Understanding of SEBI listed company compliances

- Experience in real estate project accounting and SPV structures

- Strong analytical, coordination and reporting skills
