Profile Snapshot:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against Key Result expectations.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build creatives that enhance performance metrics and execute multiple experiments as planned.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, Plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience.
- Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth.
- Have managed the scale of 1CR INR+ monthly spends.
- Experience in strategizing organic growth for products - SEO, ASO, Referrals, content marketing etc.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and Amazon
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Appsflyer.
- Ability to extract meaningful insights from data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.
- Proven experience in designing and executing A/B experiments to test and refine marketing strategies.
Good to Haves:
- Proficient in driving landing page optimization initiatives as an integral part of the user funnel conversion process.
- Additional experience of running app campaigns would be a plus.
