What will be the key responsibilities? - Will be responsible for driving business operations - own process design, control operational metrics, and drive best practices. - Identify new opportunities for improving processes, systems and product solutions that impact consumer, coach or doctor experience. - Build and scale operational and quality teams for driving multiple operations streams across different products & user lifecycle. - Will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Coaches, Doctors, Operations team, to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics. - Manage and drive timely execution of all initiatives across people, process and technology functions.
