Branch Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager Agency Sales to lead business development and sales operations through the Agency Channel. The role involves driving sales targets, managing advisors/agents, and ensuring consistent business growth through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned branch targets through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, train, and mentor advisors/agents to build a strong and productive sales team.
- Monitor and track individual and team performance to ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to enhance productivity and market penetration.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, advisors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.
- Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support to advisors for achieving business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Conduct regular reviews, meetings, and training programs to improve team effectiveness.
- Identify new opportunities and implement initiatives to expand the branch business.
Required Skillsets
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and industry practices.
- Proven ability in sales target achievement and business development.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and team management in the Agency Channel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and implement corrective actions.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of building high-performing teams.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
