Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team in Noida. This is a crucial non-technical role where you will act as the voice of the customer and the business, bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and the development team's execution. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that provide exceptional value to our clients and their end-users. Your focus will be on understanding market dynamics, user behavior, and business objectives to guide the product development lifecycle effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and client goals. - Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and business requirements, translating these into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Backlog Management: Own and meticulously manage the product backlog. This includes grooming, refining, and prioritizing user stories and features based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance. - Prioritization & Value Maximization: Make informed decisions on feature prioritization, ensuring the development team is consistently working on items that deliver the highest possible value and align with the product roadmap. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (clients, sales, marketing) and the development team, effectively communicating product updates, progress, challenges, and future plans. - Release Planning: Contribute to release planning, define release scope, and work with the team to set realistic delivery timelines. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring developed features meet the defined requirements and quality standards from a business perspective. - Market & User Research: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify new opportunities, understand emerging trends, and inform product enhancements. - Agile Collaboration: Work seamlessly within an Agile/Scrum framework, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team understands the "why" behind each feature. - Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve impediments that affect product delivery and value realization, escalating when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment. - Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and customer needs to define valuable product features. - Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English is essential) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including clients and technical teams. - Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and build strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred). - Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems into manageable components and derive effective solutions. - User Empathy: A genuine passion for understanding user needs and a commitment to delivering user-centric solutions. - Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Decision-Making: Confident and decisive, capable of making informed decisions quickly to keep the product moving forward. - Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps). Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Product Owner certification. - Experience working with international clients. - Experience in the IT services or digital solutions industry.
