Successive Technologies - Associate - Marketing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the Role:

As an Associate Marketing, youll work directly with product leaders, sales teams, designers, and leadership to build the complete go-to-market strategy for our AI products and Digital Engineering offerings. This is not a conventional marketing role. Youll work in everything from positioning and messaging to launch strategy, content, customer research, analyst thinking, and demand generation.

Go-To-Market:

- Develop GTM strategies for Kagen AI products and Successives digital engineering offerings.

- Define ideal customer profiles (ICP), buyer personas, and positioning.

- Create product launch plans and execution roadmaps.

- Support pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives.

Marketing & Content:

- Work with designers and content teams to create product brochures, one-pagers, websites, landing pages, and case studies.

- Develop blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership content, and social campaigns.

- Work closely with design teams to create marketing assets.

- Manage services promotion & product launches across digital channels.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

- Research competitors, emerging AI trends, and customer needs.

- Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis.

- Identify whitespace opportunities for new products.

- Track market movements and recommend GTM improvements.

Must Have:

- MBA from IIM or Tier 1 B Schools.

- B.Tech background preferred - you need to understand what you're marketing.

- Strong written communication - crisp, persuasive, structured.

- Demonstrated ability to think in systems and work independently.
