Experience: 7-13 Years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll implementations and support projects.

- Configure, customize, and optimize EC & Payroll modules as per business needs.

- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other SAP/third- party systems.

- Work closely with HR, business, and technical teams for smooth project execution.

- Manage issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.

- Deliver end- to- end support across implementation, rollout, and BAU operations.

MUST- HAVE SKILLS:

- Strong hands- on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & Payroll.

- Understanding of SAP HANA environments (preferred).

- Proven expertise in configuration, troubleshooting, and functional design.

- Experience in integration, data migration, and system testing.

- Strong communication and stakeholder- management skills.
