SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Subject Matter Expert - IT Services & Consulting

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide expertise on SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing, Employee Central, ONB (Onboarding), RCM (Recruitment Content Management) modules to clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for client projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, employee centralization, onboarding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 9 - 14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an SME or similar role.

- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors platform including Recruitment Marketing, Employee Central, ONB (Onboarding), RCM (Recruitment Content Management).

- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale HR systems implementations using SuccessFactors products.
