Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints, monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise during project execution, ensure successful project delivery by managing resources efficiently and resolving conflicts or obstacles. 4. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC to align with business-specific HR processes, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. 5. Data Migration and Integration: Oversee data migration activities and ensure seamless integration with other HR and business systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency. 6. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and other business stakeholders, offering ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and enhance user proficiency. 7. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR teams, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align objectives, facilitate effective communication between different teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations, regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
