What You'll Do:

The purpose of this role is to drive scalable, high-performance digital marketing initiatives that directly contribute to customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. As a subject matter expert, the Digital Marketing Expert will lead the hands-on execution of paid media campaigns (Google and Meta), build impactful social media presence, and continuously optimize performance through data-driven strategies. This role is critical for building a growth engine for the brand by combining creativity with analytical thinking and ensuring digital marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

1. Performance Marketing Execution (Google & Meta Platforms)

- Independently manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management for performance campaigns.

- Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Track and report KPIs including CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROI on a weekly/monthly basis.

- A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for continuous improvement.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and other relevant channels).

- Work closely with the creative/design team to produce platform-appropriate content (static, video, reels, stories).

- Build and grow a strong, engaged community through organic efforts and influencer/UGC tie-ups.

- Analyze channel performance and tweak strategy based on insights and trends.

3. Analytics & Reporting

- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel) to gather user behavior insights.

- Prepare dashboards and detailed performance reports for leadership on campaign impact.

- Monitor customer funnel and drop-off points to suggest UX and conversion funnel improvements.

4. SEO & Website Optimization (Supportive Role)

- Coordinate with SEO/tech teams to implement best practices for content and site structure.

- Support with blog content planning and optimization for keyword targets.

- Track organic traffic and collaborate on strategies to improve rankings and visibility.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the product, design, and customer success teams for campaign rollouts and feedback loops.

- Be the go-to person for all things related to digital campaign performance and execution.

- Share domain knowledge and mentor junior team members if required.

6. Budgeting & ROI Management

- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly paid marketing budgets with a sharp focus on performance KPIs.

- Reallocate spends dynamically based on campaign performance and business goals.

- Maintain a strong cost-control mindset and challenge inefficiencies in media buying.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.

- Deep understanding of digital funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

- Excellent grasp of social media trends, content formats, and engagement techniques.

- Strong analytical mindset with command over Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting.

- Fast executioner, self-motivated, and focused on outcomes rather than delegation.

- Experience working in fast-paced B2C/D2C brands with ownership of growth campaigns.
