Subex has continued to innovate with customers and have been jointly awarded the Global Telecoms Business Innovation Award 2014 along with Telstra Global; in 2012 with Idea Cellular for Managed Services and in 2011 with Swisscom for Fraud Management.  Job Description:  Experience, Skills and Qualifications  - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field preferred.  - 3 - 6 years- experience performing systems and/or business analysis, including creating process and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or other tools.  - Telecommunications industry experience is a must.  - Experience on OSS Systems and particularly Network devices is a plus  - Knowledge of process(es) & tools used for asset inventory, procurement and logistic is preferred  - Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the SDLC. Preferably from Design & Development background  - Client-facing project and/or account management experience required.  - Successful experience using Agile, Lean or similar methodology.   - Solid understanding of Oracle, SQL and database architecture and development.   - Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to work with a diverse group of internal and external staff.  - Ability to present highly technical material to non-technical business audiences.  - Analytical, organized and able to prioritize and resolve business and technical problems in a logical way.   - Ability to familiarize and adapt to new technologies and architectures.  - Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.  - Ability to work under pressure in a highly visible and fast-paced environment.   - Ability to work overtime and/or weekends and travel as needed for specific engagements.  Amandeep
