Education :  B.E or B.TECH and MBA in HR   Experience :   - 2 - 4 years   - Hands on experience in MS excel   - Excellent verbal & written skills.   Responsibility & Key Result Areas :  - Ensure corporate compensation philosophy is communicated and understood by the managers   - Support and provide guidance on employee relations issues on C & B-   - Salary fitment for Offer recommendation / roll out for shortlisted candidates.   - Determine competitive pay level vis-a-vis the market through participation of C & B surveys   - Coordinate all variable plans and communication   - Advise payroll inputs for new joinee, exits, any one time payout as in line with the policies.   - Moderation process for annual performance review to be executed in line with the timelines for annual performance appraisal.   - C & B related letter generation and documentation.   - Updation of C & B related information on the HRMS   - Development of C & B communication strategies and plans.   - Report generation s as relevant   - Ensure compliance with all statutory labor requirements.   - Make sure the goals that apply to all employees and are important for the organization to remain successful. These may be things like customer service and employee satisfaction or engagement.   - Review Performance of employees on a near term basis and develop plans for improvement in performance.   - Give feedback to employees to improve subsequent performance.   - Identify employee-training needs.   - Document criteria used to allocate organizational rewards.   - Form a basis for personnel decisions-salary (merit) increases, disciplinary actions, etc.   - Conduct appraisal training programs for employees.   - An operational leader for all rewards activities from a midsized to a large company,   - Designs and leads rewards implementation programs   - Make sure that any concerns of employee dissatisfaction in terms of salary, job profile, work environment etc are addressed appropriately on time.   - Advises management on impact of C&B and performance management   on overall HR & organization strategy and budget management   Key Result Areas :   - Maintenance of all HR best practices and policies which are comparable with the industry standards   - Management of FTE cost and pyramid as per Annual Operating Plans   - Timely roll out of offers within the agreed band to maintain parity and FTE cost.   - Maintenance and management of all HR related database   - Having compensation and benefit policies those are in line with the industry standards (Software Product Companies)
