Business Development:
- Your role as a Studio Director will involve consistently developing new business relationships.
- As a Studio Director, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance of your studio.
- You will lead projects, send Offers, and close negotiations.
- As Studio Director, you will maintain good client relationships and ensure client satisfaction for all projects assigned to your studio.
- You will attend client meetings, lead, and participate in strategy, review conceptual development and provide design leadership.
Leadership:
- You will inspire and motivate the team to produce high-quality designs and ensure client satisfaction.
- You will mentor and motivate employees to reach their maximum potential.
- You will identify & recruit talent and foster a learning culture to improve the team member's technical, management and design skills.
- You will be involved in the quarter review process of employees and ensure consistent monitoring of goals throughout the year.
- You will provide a creative and nurturing environment in the studio by conducting L&D workshops.
- You will ensure that there are no succession gaps in the team and that projects . ur Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
- A design professional with strong leadership skills, including business development
- A minimum of 16+ years of experience in the architecture and design field with a focus on commercial and Residential developments
- Contract review and technical delivery expertise
- Experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing staff, as well as in annual finance
