StuCred - Project Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable tasks and track progress across teams.

- Coordinate closely with technology, product, design, and operations teams to ensure successful feature launches.

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.

- Drive regular project reviews, including weekly status meetings, progress updates, and retrospectives.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership visibility.

- Ensure high-quality delivery while meeting timelines and business expectations.

- Support continuous improvement in project execution processes and team collaboration.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in startups or tech-driven organizations.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across tech, product, and operations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup ecosystems with evolving priorities
