Role Summary:
- Leads the overall business strategy, growth, and P&L of StuCred.
- Responsible for scaling users, revenue, product adoption, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L, growth roadmap, and long-term strategy for StuCred.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue across product lines.
- Lead cross-functional teams: product, ops, marketing, risk, and collections.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion ideas.
- Optimise processes, improve unit economics, and enhance customer experience.
- Present business performance, insights, and plans to leadership.
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of experience in consumer fintech or high-growth startups.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Proven experience managing large teams and P&L.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-moving environments
