Structured Finance Specialist - Credit Markets - Asset Management Firm - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Key Role Responsibilities

a. Conduct detailed analysis from an credit underwriting perspective of financial statements, business performance, promoter background, etc

b. Understand and access impact of market trends, competitors, macro and industry specific factors, etc

c. SWOT analysis

d. Create detailed financial model and undertake cashflow analysis (including running stress case scenario analysis)

e. Preparation of detailed credit notes / investment memos and presentation to credit committee/investment committee

f. Supporting the deal leader in preparing term sheets, client negotiations, site visits etc

g. Supporting the deal leader in deal execution including documentation, co-ordinating with various internal teams including onboarding, treasury, ops etc

Candidate Contours

a. At least 3 years relevant work experience (prior experience in credit underwriting/investments will be ideal, we are open to hiring candidates from IB background as well who have strong academic records and right skill set)

b. First attempt Chartered Accountant or MBA from a premier institution. However, exceptional candidates who are not CA/MBA but graduated from top ranked colleges and have proven competence and experience can be considered.

c. Strong financial modelling skills

d. Proficient in MS Word and Excel

e. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
