Role : Structured Finance

Location : Mumbai

- Scoping and scanning the market for origination of potential structured finance transactions across standard asset classes, high yield deals, and special situation deals from both the primary as well as secondary (existing lender/investor) markets.

- Need good understanding and communication skills to evaluate various structure financing solutions.

- Continuous engagement with internal relationships, agencies and coverage teams

- Preparing of analytical material and overseeing the credit analysis for internal do-ability assessment- cash flow models, information docket etc.

- Closure of deal including sanctions, due diligences, documentation and funding

- Working independently as well as part of a larger team
