Senior Program Manager
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering multiple projects that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for end-to-end program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. This role requires strong leadership to guide project teams, ensure timely delivery, and provide transparent progress updates to senior management. You will serve as a key driver in the successful execution of projects that contribute directly to the companys growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with Strive Business Solutions strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate regular project meetings including kick-offs, stand-ups, and status reviews to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
- Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment through coaching, mentoring, and effective leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in consulting, career services, or related industries.
- Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and facilitating project teams and meetings.
- Ability to align projects with broader business strategies and objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
