Assistant Manager Finance

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance with a strong consulting background to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance, with expertise in GST, TDS, transfer pricing, and income tax filing.

This role involves preparing and finalizing financial statements, managing MIS reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance to support the companys financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide timely and accurate insights to management.

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including return filing and coordinating GST audits.

- Manage TDS compliance by ensuring accurate deductions, filings, and reconciliations.

- Oversee income tax return filings for individuals and companies.

- Assist in transfer pricing documentation and compliance as per regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.

- Maintain updated knowledge on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide financial consulting support to internal stakeholders and external clients as required.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Hands-on experience with GST compliance and GST audits.

- Practical knowledge of TDS regulations and compliance.

- Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.

- Proficient in preparing detailed MIS reports.

- Understanding and exposure to transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

- Experience working in a consulting environment is highly preferred
