Role Overview:
Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and ensure weekly delivery against business goals. This is an execution role, not a reporting role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Initiatives:
- Own delivery of key projects (growth, cost, ops)
- Break down goals to milestones, owners & timelines
- Ensure on-time, on-quality execution
2. Cross-functional problem solving:
- Identify execution bottlenecks across business, credit, ops, tech
- Drive resolution with clear ownership and timelines
3. Transformation office support:
- Support key strategic decisions
- Drive special projects and org-level priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience (consulting / strategy / chief of staff)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- High ownership, high urgency
- Comfortable driving senior stakeholders
