Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager - SME to handle customer acquisition and portfolio growth in the SME segment. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding StrideOne's reach by sourcing new clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong asset quality and utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and onboard new-to-company SME clients, aligned with our credit and risk appetite.

- Build strong relationships with clients across industries to understand financing needs.

- Drive end-to-end deal closure including lead origination, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.

- Ensure effective utilization of credit limits and portfolio hygiene.

- Generate leads for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in partnership with internal teams.

- Maintain a high customer retention rate through consistent engagement and service delivery.

- Comply with internal policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or Master's in Finance

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years in the lending/financial services industry

2. Experience in SME or MSME acquisition, invoice discounting, or channel partner development

Technical & Functional Skills:

1. Strong understanding of SME business models and market dynamics

2. Proficiency in deal negotiation and closure

3. Familiarity with credit appraisal and basic underwriting

- Certifications in Finance, CFA, or related fields are a plus
