Role Purpose:

The Regional Head will own and drive business growth across the assigned geography. The role is responsible for new customer and anchor acquisition, achievement of platform income targets, and driving cross-sell opportunities across supply chain finance and working capital products.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Business Growth & Acquisition

- Drive acquisition of new MSME/SME customers across platform and own balance sheet businesses.

- Lead acquisition of new Anchors for standalone PID/SID offerings and SCF programs.

- Build and expand a strong regional pipeline through partnerships and market engagement.

Revenue & Target Ownership

- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual platform fee income targets.

- Drive cross-sell of products (e.g., SCF to standalone PID) to maximize wallet share.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Build, manage, and develop high-performing regional teams.

- Strengthen relationships with anchors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Represent the organization in regional market engagements and partnerships.

Skills, Competencies & Attributes:

Technical / Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of MSME/SME credit parameters (mandatory).

- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Working Capital Finance products (mandatory).

Candidate Profile:

- Education: Minimum: MBA

Experience:

- Required: 6-8 years of experience in Bank / NBFC / Fintech

- Good to Have: Exposure to SCF, Working Capital Finance, SME/Mid-Corporate engagements
