StrideOne - Product Manager- LMS/LOS Supply Chain Finance

About StrideOne :

StrideOne is a unified tech-enabled financial platform and NBFC focused on enabling MSMEs and SMEs through structured credit solutions, receivables financing, and receivables management. We are designed to simplify access to capital, improve cash flow visibility, and support risk-aware financial decision-making for growing businesses across industries. With a steadily growing disbursement footprint, an expanding anchor network, and established partnerships with multiple lending institutions, StrideOne is entering its next phase of growth. The organisation is building a financial ecosystem that combines lending, receivables management, and data-driven workflows, positioning itself to scale sustainably while maintaining strong governance, portfolio quality, and operational discipline.

About the Product :

Our Loan Management System (LMS) and Loan Origination System (LOS) are core infrastructure layers powering our Supply Chain Financing (SCF) business. These systems drive onboarding, underwriting workflows, disbursements, limit management, reconciliation, and lifecycle monitoring across anchors, distributors, and retailers.

Role Overview :

The Product Manager - LMS / LOS will own end-to-end product enhancement across origination and loan lifecycle workflows within the Supply Chain Financing ecosystem. This includes building scalable onboarding journeys, credit workflows, limit management logic, disbursement flows, reconciliation systems, and portfolio monitoring tools tailored for anchor-led and distributor-led financing programs. The role requires close collaboration with credit, operations, tech, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the LMS/LOS roadmap for Supply Chain Financing products.

- Translate SCF business requirements (anchor programs, vendor financing, invoice discounting, dealer finance, etc.) into structured product workflows.

- Build and optimize onboarding journeys, KYC flows, limit allocation frameworks, and disbursement processes.

- Embed credit rules, risk checks, covenant tracking, and monitoring triggers into the system.

- Improve automation across sanctioning, documentation, escrow tracking, reconciliation, and collections tagging.

- Reduce TAT and manual intervention through intelligent workflow design.

- Drive integrations with GST, bureau, banking APIs, accounting systems, and anchor ERPs.

- Partner with tech teams to ensure scalable architecture and minimal production defects.

- Continuously monitor system performance and drive enhancements based on portfolio and operational insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 4 - 6 years of Product Management experience with strong exposure to Supply Chain Financing.

- Hands-on experience with LMS/LOS platforms in NBFCs, fintechs, or banks.

- Deep understanding of anchor-led programs, dealer/distributor financing, invoice discounting, and working capital structures.

- Strong familiarity with credit underwriting workflows, documentation, and loan lifecycle management.

- Experience working with integrations such as GST, bureau, bank statement analysis, and ERP systems.

- High ownership mindset with ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end.

- Hustler attitude - resourceful, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across credit, operations, risk, and engineering teams.

What We Offer :

- Opportunity to build and scale mission-critical credit infrastructure in a high-growth SCF platform.

- Direct impact on origination scale, portfolio quality, and operational efficiency.

- High ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

- Close collaboration with founders and leadership.

- Competitive compensation aligned with impact and long-term value creation.
