- Improve financial reporting frameworks and automation of dashboards
- Strengthen data integrity, controls, and governance in financial reporting
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams
Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong understanding of lending business models, unit economics, and financial metrics
Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
What We're Looking For:
- A hands-on finance professional who can operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Someone who can bridge finance and business, not just report numbers
- A candidate who is comfortable with ambiguity and can build processes from scratch
