Role Overview

StrideOne is looking for a Capital Markets Lead to drive institutional fund raising, funding strategy, and structured capital programs.

The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and alternative credit investors, while leading the structuring and execution of capital market transactions.

This role sits at the intersection of treasury, capital markets, and strategic finance, and will play a key role in building diversified, scalable funding programs to support StrideOne's lending growth.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Fundraising & Capital Structuring

- Lead institutional fundraising across banks, NBFCs, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and alternative credit investors.

- Structure and execute funding transactions including term loans, working capital facilities, NCDs, securitization, direct assignment, and co-lending structures.

- Support diversification of funding sources to optimize cost of borrowing and capital efficiency.

Funding Strategy & Treasury Collaboration

- Support treasury planning through cash flow forecasting, funding requirement analysis, and cost of funds tracking.

- Monitor ALM and balance sheet funding mix while tracking market trends and funding opportunities.

Lender & Investor Relationship Management

- Build and manage relationships with lenders, institutional investors, and capital market participants.

- Coordinate lender approvals, documentation, covenants, and drawdowns.

- Engage with rating agencies, regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as part of funding processes.

Transaction Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of funding transactions including financial modelling, lender presentations, term sheet negotiation, and transaction closure.

- Coordinate closely with credit, risk, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.

Strategic Capital Market Initiatives

- Support development of securitization platforms, co-lending partnerships, and institutional funding programs.

- Work with leadership on investor relations and strategic funding partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA

- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, & capital markets

Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in Capital markets, treasury, corporate banking, or structured finance

- Experience in NBFCs, banks, housing finance companies, or fintech lending platforms preferred.

- Experience in securitization, direct assignment, NCDs, co-lending, and institutional funding transactions

- Financial modelling and cash flow analysis capability. Knowledge of RBI regulations and lending frameworks
