The role will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs, including vendor, dealer, and distributor financing. The individual will drive new business acquisition, program execution, portfolio performance, and client engagement across Anchor ecosystems. The ideal candidate should bring strong corporate networks, a deep understanding of MSME credit, and experience in structuring SCF and co-lending programs with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Anchor Relationship Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with large corporate Anchors and their supply chain ecosystems (vendors, dealers, distributors).
- Act as the primary relationship owner for Anchor accounts, coordinating across Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams.
2. Business Development & Program Execution:
- Originate and scale Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs, including Vendor Financing (VF), Dealer Financing (DF), and Channel Finance.
- Collaborate with Product, Credit, and Technology teams to structure program terms, documentation, and onboarding frameworks.
- Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and program utilization, while ensuring portfolio quality and sustainability.
3. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement:
- Build and manage partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions to develop co-lending and risk participation structures.
- Ensure seamless program execution, including onboarding, disbursal, and operational coordination across stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client engagement, governance standards, and regulatory compliance across Anchor programs.
4. Portfolio Management & Monitoring:
- Monitor portfolio performance, utilization levels, and repayment behaviour across Anchor programs.
- Identify early warning signals and work with Credit and Collections teams to manage risk proactively.
- Prepare portfolio MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews for internal leadership and management reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, MBA (preferred).
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Corporate Banking, NBFCs, Fintechs, or Supply Chain Finance platforms.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance, Anchor-led lending, and MSME ecosystems. Prior experience in managing Anchor programs or SCF portfolios is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and deepen corporate relationships with Anchors and financial partners.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and structuring capabilities.
- Sound credit understanding and risk awareness.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Tech, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
What We Offer:
- Opportunity to work with a high-growth NBFC-Fintech platform transforming Supply Chain Financing in India.
- Exposure to digital-first SCF models, co-lending partnerships, and large corporate ecosystems.
- A high-ownership, entrepreneurial culture with strong performance orientation and leadership visibility.
